Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging TrustGuards Recovery for fraud recovery services. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About TrustGuards Recovery

TrustGuards Recovery is a professional fraud recovery service provider based at Chausseestraße 96–99a, 10115 Berlin-Mitte, Germany. We provide investigative, advisory, and recovery coordination services to victims of financial fraud in the DACH region.

2. Services Provided

TrustGuards Recovery provides the following services:

• Fraud investigation and forensic analysis
• Preparation and submission of chargeback claims
• Regulatory complaint filing
• Coordination with legal partners for civil recovery
• Case management and client support throughout the recovery process

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

While TrustGuards Recovery has a strong track record, we cannot and do not guarantee the recovery of any funds. Every case is different, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the actions of financial institutions, regulators, and fraudsters. We provide honest assessments and pursue all available recovery routes with maximum diligence.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are agreed individually and detailed in your service agreement. We provide a full and transparent breakdown of all fees before any work commences. There are no hidden charges. Payment terms are as specified in your individual agreement.

5. Client Obligations

To enable us to work effectively on your behalf, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your case
• Supply all relevant documentation and records promptly
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any direct contact from the fraudsters or recovery amounts received
• Not engage other recovery services simultaneously without our prior agreement

6. Confidentiality

All information you share with TrustGuards Recovery is treated as strictly confidential. We will only share your information where necessary to pursue your recovery, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, or where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrustGuards Recovery's liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our services or from our inability to recover funds in your case.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Any pending chargeback or regulatory submissions already filed will continue unless you instruct otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the TrustGuards Recovery website — including text, graphics, and case documentation templates — is the intellectual property of TrustGuards Recovery and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
